These Mobile Messaging Terms apply to the Island Legacy Holdings LLC text-message program for the upcoming Juici Patties location at Westgate Mall in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Program description

If you opt in, Island Legacy Holdings LLC may send recurring automated marketing text messages about the Brockton location, including construction progress, opening announcements, hiring updates, and other location-related news. You may receive up to four text messages per month.

How you consent

You opt in by entering a valid U.S. mobile number, checking the separate text-message consent box, and submitting the opening-alert form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

After the messaging program is approved and activated, you may receive an enrollment message asking you to confirm your subscription. If confirmation is requested, you must complete that step before marketing texts begin.

Cost and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to a text message to stop text messages. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that the request was processed. Reply HELP for help, or email info@islandlegacyholding.com. Opting out of text messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from email updates.

Changing your mobile number

If you stop using or transfer the mobile number you provided, please opt out before discontinuing use of that number and contact us so we can update our records. You are responsible for providing an accurate number.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information are described in our Privacy Policy. We may use communications providers, including Constant Contact after the applicable service and messaging program are approved and configured, to send messages and manage consent and opt-out records on our behalf.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms with a new date and provide any additional notice or obtain any additional consent required by law.
