Island Legacy Holdings LLC (“Island Legacy Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website to share information about the upcoming Juici Patties location at Westgate Mall in Brockton, Massachusetts. This policy explains what we collect through the website, how we use and share it, and how you can contact us about it.
Information we collect
Opening-alert signups. When you submit the form, we collect your first name, email address, mobile number, separate email and text-message consent choices, and records showing when, where, and under which disclosure version those choices were submitted. We also collect your ZIP code if you provide it.
Information you send us. If you email us, including about employment, we collect the information you include in your message and any attachments. Please do not send sensitive information unless we have asked for it through an appropriate process.
Website activity. Our website host and services used to display the site may receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and pages requested. This website uses Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. When these features load or you interact with them, Google may receive information under its own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use information to maintain and secure the website; process opening-alert signups; send updates about the Brockton location according to your communication choices; respond to inquiries, including employment inquiries; and record and honor requests to stop receiving messages.
Text and email choices
The opening-alert list includes both email and text updates. The form presents separate, unchecked consent boxes for each channel, and both must be selected to join this particular list. Your agreement to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Island Legacy Holdings LLC is not a condition of purchasing anything. You may receive up to four text messages per month, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You may also contact us using the address below.
Email permission is recorded separately from text-message permission. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting us. Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of the other channel.

How we share information
We use Netlify to host the website and process and store opening-alert submissions. We may use Constant Contact and other service providers to manage contact lists and send email or text communications on our behalf after the applicable service and messaging program are approved and configured. These providers may process your contact details, consent records, message activity, and opt-out requests as needed to provide their services.
We share the opening-alert list with Juici Patties US and Owner.com to coordinate communications about the Brockton location and manage the transition to longer-term customer communications. The information shared may include the contact details you supplied, your communication preferences, and your signup date.
Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers and project partners may process this information only as needed to support Island Legacy Holdings LLC’s Brockton communications, maintain the list, deliver messages on our behalf, and honor opt-out requests.
The consent choices on the current signup form identify Island Legacy Holdings as the sender. They do not, by themselves, authorize Juici Patties US or Owner.com to send marketing under their own names. Before either organization does so, we will review and obtain any additional consent required for that use.
We do not sell the personal information you submit through the opening-alert form or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law; in connection with a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to protect people, the website, or our rights.

How long we keep information
We keep opening-alert signups for one year from the date of submission. We keep employment inquiries and other correspondence for one year from the last communication. We may retain limited consent and opt-out records longer when needed to honor your choices, resolve disputes, or comply with law. At the end of the applicable period, we delete or de-identify information unless an exception applies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to restrict access to personal information and protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. No website or electronic storage method is completely secure.
Children
This website and its opening-alert form are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
Your requests
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request access, correction, or deletion, or change your communication preferences. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
